JSJ 0 Posted February 15, 2014 Hi c3m. Welcome from the UK. Have a good read of the new member's section (where you are now, the pinned topics (http://www.rwg.bz/board/index.php?showforum=6). I'm no Rolex guy so others will need to answer your questions. Good luck with the one about the best sub.
Pharmo 33 Posted February 15, 2014 Welcome mate. For the best sub you would need to travel to Russia
sardonix 1 Posted February 15, 2014 Welcome, Term noobmariner beginmariner was used for entry level subs. Who has the best sub is a stupid question tought young men from Sweden where smarter
elp 26 Posted February 15, 2014 Welcome. try searching the forum, lots of resources that can help you, top right of every page. Most of our Trusted Dealers can procure great Submariners. In my opinion they do wear small....have you considered a Rolex Deep Sea Challenge?
Dr. Jimmy 29 Posted February 15, 2014 Get a Thai no-date Sub from Narikaa, best bang for your buck sub there is.
BigBuys 0 Posted February 15, 2014 Or get real and buy a TC Sub! You will never look back.

c3m 0 Posted February 16, 2014 Hi guys thanks for your answers appreciate it. @sardonix yeah I realize now that it wasn't the beat question haha, but med school isnt easy So now I have been hunting for subs and from what I see there is different factories like noob, BP, etc.. Thus how can I determine which "factory" version a TD is selling? I know now that narikaa/reg got noob but what about josh and Trustytime(andrew?) for i.e. I have found this watch at p clones, what do you guys think is it a good rep? I mean the dial I want one with clear royal blue like the 116613 and not like the 16613. http://www.p-cls.com/rlst00103-116613-blue-asian-2813-28800-p-13552.html Sorry for my questions. Best regards, c3m
Calcidose 0 Posted February 16, 2014 Joshua is very good. Welcome here.
sardonix 1 Posted February 16, 2014 What you mean by royal blue? And you are young and want a two tone watch? Stick to black dial 16610 or 116610 Advise get a regmariner 16610 to start of great value for money. Or do research for some weeks and pick a dealer and a watch. c3m 0 Posted February 16, 2014 (edited) I meant navy blue, the darker blue. What is it with two tone? I cant anything about rolex sorry. Edited February 16, 2014 by c3m
sardonix 1 Posted February 16, 2014 You have to do some reading first on Rolex models you do not know what you are talking about at this point. And that is not to attack you learn some. Two tone means gold and steel rep not the greatest to start when you are young to pull it of because the gen is expensive. Navy blue? The 16613 and new 116613 have sunburst blue dials. If you want blue no sunburst color 116619 is option but remember gen is in white gold so expensive This http://www.torobravos2014.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=39_115&product_id=
c3m 0 Posted February 16, 2014 Hi there sorry I mixed up the 116613 with 16613, the 16613 is more darker in the blue as you can here http://www.luxurytyme.com/116613/ttsubcomparison.html Whats the difference between 116610 and 16610 and where can I found more information about rolex reps? There is much information about 116610 and 16610 on the boards and what models are available Here you have the two side by side
Daywatch 4 Posted February 16, 2014 Hi and welcome, the 116610 has thicker lumedots and glows pale blue at night, the 16610 looks more classic and elegant in my opinion with thinner lume-dots and great green lume. The 16610 one can always say it´s used the 116610 is a new model/ more expensive. The simple black maybe is better to start with and buy other colours later. If You are more an adventure type of guy and like to explore the classic 16570 Explorer II "Polar" (not the big new one) below is a fantastic low profile watch, much easier to pull off and quite underestimated as gen or rep. Picture of the 16613 Two-Tone and a TC special version
c3m 0 Posted February 18, 2014 (edited) Thanks for the info man. The 116610 is with ceramic bezel and sapphire glass and 16610 with metal and mineral glass? Edited February 18, 2014 by c3m
