Guys we know where he lives, maybe you need to send someone over a visit and a "friendly" chat? I'd suggest enquiring as to which dealers he owes before you do, they may also wish to send a message. I know where he used to live, which was only about 20 mins from me, but anytime I asked about it or told him to just give me it back in whatever state it was in, he always had an excuse.
