gordon513 0 Posted March 9, 2014 The DeepSea Challenge is my WTF watch. I don't know what everyone else thinks but the one time I did try and wear the DeepSea Challenge out it was near impossible. Its heavy, it bumps into everything and if you don't have the bracelet adjusted perfectly then it moves about like no tomorrow. But on the other hand it does get a lot of attention from others. Whether its good attention is a matter of its own! I think most people think 'what a nob end'

Daywatch 4 Posted March 10, 2014 This Gladiator V6 from mininthebox by far:) goes for eur 7,- (seven) shipped and its quartz. Chrono functions are printed on the dial, printed date too: it´s always today, the 9th:) Because of the sandwich dial (panerai-style) it´s a great project watch for lume-testing:))

dave47 6,589 Posted March 10, 2014 and the video -- CLICK ON THE PIC TO PLAY EGAD! I have one of these, too, Richard! You're right: it's fun to watch Chairman Mao waving his hand. Great conversation starter -- only if anyone notices, heh! dave
fatarms 7,863 Posted March 10, 2014 It would have to have been the 60mm Egi........appears only Arnie and Sly can pull it off....... The only watch I've owned that I would consider 'ridiculous' was a 60mm GPF2/56 (Big Egiziano). Ridiculously large (60mm), but also knuckle-draggingly heavy (the gen is titanium, the rep I had was SS and felt like wearing a housebrick on the wrist). I could just about get away with the size. The weight was the killer - I sold it to oscar about a week later. Not only is it the 60mm EGI, but I then proceeded to do this to it:
