LondonBB 0 Posted March 26, 2014 I had the DLC version of this but found it too big for my approx 7" wrists. Even on the smallest hole in the strap I couldn't get it tight enough on the wrist to avoid it flopping about which was just so annoying. It physically looked too big too, so I sold it on. If I had bigger wrists I'd have kept it, as they are very nicely engineered watches.
mak38 0 Posted March 27, 2014 Why are they so expensive. Seems like dealers or factories are getting fat
Footballer45 0 Posted March 28, 2014 Why are they so expensive.Seems like dealers or factories are getting fat When you look at what you're getting for circa £300, I don't think it's expensive at all. See what you can get 'gen' for that money and it starts to make sense. Maybe an "Armani" chronograph or some other load of rubbish (which ironically will all be made in China anyway.) I think they're a bargain. My only issue with these FC 44mm's now is that people are becoming more and more aware of them due to celebrity-ism, and these are £20,000. I think you could just about pull off a Diver if you've a reasonable job, but these are in another league of expensive.
PaneraiAddict 1 Posted March 30, 2014 Have wanted the Forged CF APROO for awhile now. And just purchased one from shaidx and couldn't be more stoked!! Yes its a pricey piece but man is it so worth it in my opinion. Got to see and briefly try on a Gen last year and I was utterly blown away on every level!! So at that point I just knew I needed the Rep model. Now the waiting game begins lol.

jtp 0 Posted April 16, 2014 I know there was a lot of negative feeling about the price of this one and yes it's pushing the boundaries of what one would want to pay for a rep and especially one with " that " movement but i'm a sucker for the forged carbon thing & after trying on a gen in London and falling for it a bit ..... i sent Ryan a PM in ( another ) moment of weakness and ordered one. I have to say that it's a pretty amazing rep and they have excelled themselves with this one ....... it's really crisp everywhere, the forged carbon has been finished properly so it pops like the gen and it's super comfortable and wears really nicely for a big watch. The only real negative on mine is that the second hand is pretty jerky at times ( but then i always factor in the possibility that one of these might have to go to Domi at some point anyway ) Apart from that it's running well and keeping good time for now. If you are ok with the price then you're getting a very nice replica of a very special piece ( in my opinion anyway ) Anyway onto a few pics : Hi there, congratulations for AP and pictures ! What do you thing about the dimension ? Is similar to real one ? Or looks like that old model ? Thank you very much.
