tomeeee 0 Posted August 14, 2010 (edited) what do you think of Tissot watches they seem to be the cheapest gen swiss made watches starting from £150 Edited August 14, 2010 by tomeeee
sconehead 5 Posted August 14, 2010 The PRS 516 (non-chrono) auto (great review here, http://www.replica-watch.info/vb/showthrea...eps-33589.html) and Seastar 1000m auto (a huge hunk of watch) are stunning, both ETA powered too. I still browse around from time to time trying to find one at a bargain price.

trailboss99 994 Posted August 15, 2010 If that PRS was a Brietling it would have the same MVT and a $3,000 price tag! Col.

JohJohDev 0 Posted August 15, 2010 I own a couple of Tissots, last one I bought recently (the Visodate homage) and they seem to be made to last forever. Even though they use standard ETAs (not elaborè or even top grade) they all have damn accurate movements. Never had any problem with a Tissot. If you need to criticize something about them, their newer leather straps are very basic quality. Go for a Tissot with a mechanical movement, you can't go wrong. Bang for the buck is better than almost every Swiss rivalry's.
bob_b 0 Posted September 8, 2010 I've bought a few Tissots, they are great long lasting watches.
