DSSD Bracelet Question

I wanted to size my BK DSSD but I am having trouble moving the glide lock for a half link adjustment. Can someone offer a suggestion as the proper locking and unlocking of the glide lock? It looks like it’s some kind of spring bar but both sides must be compressed at the same time. Thanks
