Was disapointed in my last rep purchase of a TAG F1 and its put me off a little (was only £67 tho inc del). here's a gen
AllergyDoc 40 Posted August 18, 2010 The reps aren't very good on those.
JoeyB 0 Posted August 18, 2010 I think the rep looks better than the genuine.
Luthier 1 Posted August 18, 2010 Search Mary's section, she has this watch, and a few guys already bought it and praised this rep.

NFleischer 4,355 Posted August 18, 2010 I have a SMP GMT which is a fun watch but not a super rep. The gens, as you note, are not that expensive and if you could pay if off, I would consider it. The gen Omegas have super lume. AR and are built like tanks (with nice curved bands):

NFleischer 4,355 Posted August 18, 2010 Yes; my friend- the PO at the bottom is gen. That's why I was sugessting a gen perhaps. I think some of the SMP reps actually use a Speedie band.
P_Diddy 0 Posted August 18, 2010 (edited) £1280 if you can find one will barely buy you a BNIB gen quartz version! BNIB gen auto verision cost about £2k+ better off to buy a pre-owned gen, the gen quartz model can be had for around £600 and the gen auto is around £1000 if you do decide to flip it then buying pre-owned means you can get back what you paid originally provided you look after your watches. AllergyDoc 40 Posted August 18, 2010 Good idea Pdiddy. If he has the cash. Paying on time w/no interest is good too.
speedzmaster 0 Posted August 19, 2010 Search Mary's section, she has this watch, and a few guys already bought it and praised this rep. I got mine from Mary. I concur. Mary has the blue dial one and its very accurate. It even has the correct He valve placement. Its on my list for a future purchase!
JaervyBarzenblatz 0 Posted August 19, 2010 If you do go for a rep, I would suggest you ask for pictures of the watch before purchasing, as many (if not most) of the reps I have seen of these have had misaligned bezels.
pollux1 3 Posted August 19, 2010 Misaligned bezels aren't so hard to correct, misplaced hev's are near impossible. If you can afford it go for a black dial gen auto SMP. I can't believe the Chinese haven't made a decent one, they would sell like hotcakes.
