J!m 289 Posted March 28, 2014 Is it the lume dots/rings that give it away? I'm guessing mine is a V2?

J!m 289 Posted March 28, 2014 Is it the lume dots/rings that give it away? I'm guessing mine is a V2? And spacings on the markers @ 12 WOW. TOTALLY missed that until you mentioned it... Looks like buck teeth on the V3.1.5 whatever... I just wish my markers were cleaner. Rodico only goes so far...
nev848 0 Posted March 28, 2014 The twelve o'clock bezel triangle is larger that the V2 and not as defined.
J!m 289 Posted March 28, 2014 It looks OK in person, but if I decided to kep this watch, I would get a gen bezel and insert as well as dial and hands. And te latter not because they look bad, but bcause they are a bit rough with regards to finish. Lume is not great either, but that is easily fixed by someone other than me... Overall I'm quite pleased with the presentation, and it certainly does 'bling'; however the size is a bit much. The PO is my upper limit and the way this bezel goes to the edges of the case it wears even larger than a 45.5 PO...
greg_r 83 Posted March 29, 2014 The markers at 12 are not like that on all versions of the v3, but that can be a giveaway yes. The other tell is that the crown sits slightly too proud of the case on the v3
