Hi all, nice site I am a member of RWI as well as multiple reddit rep forums. Currently own the Omega SMP300 NTTD VSF v4 and the Aqua Terra 15007 Spectre. Can you sense a pattern? My eyes are now set on the SPC300 Seamaster. Cheers

Hi from Seoul South Korea.

I am just getting started learning about the replica watch world. Too frustrated with Rolex and the holy trinity lack of availability and terrible treatment of customers.

Hi I am a newbie (obviously), I have been a member of a couple of other forums for about six weeks or so. I am trying to educate myself in order to buy at least two good reps. One for my wife and one for myself. My wife wants a Rolex DJ 36mm YG/SS Black dial with stick markers.
I am still not sure for myself. Most probably a DJ 41mm SS Blue dial with stick markers. I believe VSF is probably the choice for mine but still not sure what factory for my wife’s 36mm DJ.

Hello Y'all. Newb from Toronto. There seems to be many of us??. Best case, I hope I can meet some fellow watch enthusiast with some interesting pieces locally for trades or purchases. Definitely happy to become a member and share info about the rep game!

I am assuming most of the sites have similar members. But, hopefully this one is a little more helpful than just putting a GIF up in response.

As we grow, there are all kinds of questions that the noobs seem to ask. Instead of one of us trying to search our way through all the pertinent threads and posting them in the shoutbox, I figured I would start a thread and include all the basic info a noob needs to read. This will be a sticky and therefore quick to find and post so that all are in one place.

 New member and I’m impressed at the quality of this forum.

Also, the emoticons only policy give it a nice vintage feel. Takes me right back to 1996, in a good way.

There's better ways of increasing your postcount. How about sharing pictures of your 100+ collection?

wow. i cant believe i missed this response!

it’s interesting to see this thread from 2019 because i never really got back into the scene but recently ive been feeling the itch/fever coming back for REAL

anyways. thank you for your advice. i think thats a fabulous idea and i would love to do this!

maybe i could solicit some advice/observations from other members because im a terrible record-keeper and i’ve forgotten most of the details about the watches i’ve obtained…anyways thank you for this advice and i hope you’re still around to see my response:) shem

I guess this thread became where everyone says hi.

Hi from Canada. Got my first rep last month from a TD and am very happy with it. A BPF DJ36. I said I would only get one, but all I've been doing is looking at new watches since getting said watch.

I just placed an order for my second one today, I guess this is how the addiction starts.

Nice to meet you all either way!

Hi everyone! A friend from Reddit recommended this site to me. I’m pretty new to the watch hobby but have got quite the itch now. My first rep watch was a gold Cartier Panthère from BVF. Happy to be here!
