Decided to depart from my normal diver watch instinct to get this PP. Id heard a lot about it and wondered whether I could carry it off.

Wife thinks its for an old man so will probably leave in the box for a few more years!

Powered by SW200 so purring like my cat and overall build is exceptional.

Daniel Craig is a shit Bond. The real Bond would NEVER wear a diver watch to a formal event.

Daniel Craig only decent Bond. He could wear an Invicta for all I care

Just a shame he was born the wrong side of the Pennines

Real bond?

Yup. A guy named Chaim Lester Abramowitz, Jr.. I met him once in Cleveland. He was wearing a Ulysse Nardin, or perhaps it was a Casio.

My ranking of Bonds:

1. Sean Connery. The undisputed Number One.

2. Pierce Brosnan. Yes, I know the movies weren't great, but he was a terrific Bond. Smooth and funny and cool.

3. Roger Moore. Some good movies, some bad ones, but he understood the role and was fun.

4. A tie between Craig and Timothy Dalton, both of whom suck. Too serious, and neither of them understood the role. Craig looks like he wants to be anywhere but in a 007 movie.

5. George Lazenby. Both he and the people who chose him to play Bond deserve a good ass-kicking.

Well when a company like Omega says "we'll give you a millions to wear this during the film" you tend to not give a damn about proper watch ethics.

This is true. If Omega gave me that watch in exchange for my eating a random item out of a garbage can, I'd do it. I've eaten worse before.

Departing is good, that watch has a way of growing on you and is about 40mm + the "hinges" on R & L sides. Smooth edges on the bracelet don't dig into the wrists.

AFA what your wife says, anything goes for old men these days, spotted one with one with an oversized Invicta the other day, tis true.
