torobravo 9 Posted April 9, 2014 For me is a spectacular watch, and can´t wait for the KW to compare them. And hopefully a price drop from the factories
Hyjynx 2 Posted April 9, 2014 (edited) Mine arrived earlier today and I've yet to put in down for 5 minutes. It costs a big bag of beans for a rep but it's worth it, IMO. Apologies for the crappy phone photo. Edited April 9, 2014 by Hyjynx

mysterio 18 Posted April 10, 2014 There is a thread on RG.......the watch may be plated. Which the OP has already confirmed, he was wrong. perry, did you really cancel your order? I hope you can get it back.
Alleyway 0 Posted April 10, 2014 There is a thread on RG.......the watch may be plated. what does this mean,is there a thin coating of bronze? i saw some pics where someone tried to speed up the patina and it appeared like the bronze flaked off due to corrosion. in any case is the original or maybe kw version pure bronze? ikiestik 0 Posted April 10, 2014 The thread on rg has been renamed due to numerous members actually scratching/shaving the bronze on the cg and it is NOT plated.

Hyjynx 2 Posted April 11, 2014 Easy Perry. That fading bronze thing looks like an isolated, one off incident. No need for fear-mongering.

Daywatch 4 Posted April 11, 2014 Gorgeous looking and unique time-keeping machines. Simply stunning to see them shiny brand-new before developing a patina. What´s the weight of one of these, anybody, please? Would love to see a lume-shot too These are ultra-expensive, the looks are tremendous, how´s the quality? Hyjynx 2 Posted April 12, 2014 Yeah, I like what you've got going on the CG, especially. That the beauty of bronze watch patina - no two are exactly alike.
McJules 396 Posted April 13, 2014 thanks guys! i made it simple, when i got the watch, i cleaned it with ketchup to reset the patina and simply had it laying in a bowl of salted water for maybe 35 mins and just didn't rinse it off. just dryed it with a cloth and patina keep growing everyday! i love it!! memstar 0 Posted April 14, 2014 McJules, very clever workflow! Dont like fingerprint patina, seen on some pics. I will do the same when I got mine to get a smooth uniform color
