Necromancer 8 Posted May 17, 2015 Wow, amazingly beautiful, would you mind sharing where you got it? Would love tog et one of these. I bought mine m2m from a great member here. Ryan (Intime.co) not a TD here but used often by many members has it listed as available. I believe Robbie (aoobiz) can also source it. Good luck with your search! dudermania 0 Posted May 17, 2015 I'm trying to work out the differences between these versions of the Datograph available on the rep market with our TD's Kuvarsit has the RG version on his webpage with no info on the movement but is selling is for $888 - http://www.kuvarsit-...ohne-datograph/ Toro has a SS, Blackface witha Venus 75 Copy Manual Chrono Movement for $348 - http://www.torobravo...&product_id=510 Trusty has the same as Toro but also sells a SS White face with the same movement for $368 - http://www.ttw8888.c...roducts_id=6388 TSWatch - has a Lemania movement with RG, White Face version for $348 - http://www.ts-statio...an-lemania.html So the question is - does anyone know what makes the Kuvarsit version special? Why the premium cost? The other 3 are roughly in the same ball park so I'm assuming are sourced from the same factory. Really looking to pull the trigger on one of these but want to know if there are different versions on the market - any ideas anyone?
ShovelnTC 31 Posted May 17, 2015 Kuvarsit has it for $348 here http://www.kuvarsit-...ned-venus-mov./ Not sure what you were looking at but if stock isn't available they sometimes list the price as 888,000 or something like that. I doubt that there would be more than one maker for this model but I could be wrong.

Thanks makes sense but if you look at the link I shared - doesn't look like a dummy price on kuvarsit's site so it got me thinking. Anyways good to know that there is just one version going around. Will be pulling the trigger shortly.
Necromancer 8 Posted May 17, 2015 There are some slight variations on the lettering on the case back. Some have GlashutteIsa without the correct spacing and slightly different wording. Not a biggie but worth knowing. I have read that on some versions, the double date window goes from 31 to 32,33,34 etc. Mine goes directly from 31 to 01 I was also offered one from a dealer with gold subdial hands instead of the correct blue. Apparently the factory had ran out of blue subdial hands so just used gold ones from the black dial version. Just some things to be aware of.
dudermania 0 Posted May 20, 2015 Good to know thanks mate. I've got Toro on the case!
