Gave my bracelets the bike lube treatment

I finally got some dry wax bike lube and gave my LV and SSD bracelets the treatment as per this process here.

 

Very pleased with the results - both bracelets are much smoother feeling and no longer squeak or rattle .

 

It was so funny when I went into the bike shop asking for "dry wax lube" - the guy was asking what bike I had and what type of riding did I do . I quickly selected what I needed and made a sharp exit. I think online ordering is the way to go.........

You should've told him, just to watch the reaction. Would have been amusing, is my guess

I thought about telling the guy it was for watch bracelets but decided that silence was a better option .

 

Getting back to the bracelets and bike lube, it is certainly worth doing this, plus it is cheap and quick to carry out.
