dave47 6,477 Posted May 13, 2014 Hi, Gang! The start of the new week sees the introduction of a new addition to my collection: this Invicta I sports diver w/ quartz movement. it's from Invicta's "I" "Special" collection & essentially a basic watch, with no date window, measuring 47mm wide (w/crown) and 14mm thick, and weighing 106 g. Weightly, but comfortable on the 'ole wrist, with the rubber strap playing a role in the comfort zone. The usual Invicta Tritim (?) lume glows all right but fades out quickly, as I tried to capture in the last pic. Yet, for $45 from an RWG mate, it's not bad at all. And, yes, I like the "mainstream" Invictas. dave:
dave47 6,477 Posted May 13, 2014 Got this from Silix and ended up using it a lot more than I thought I would. BEAUTIOUS Broad Arrow, Boka! I have one from Silix, too, and wear it more often than I thought I would. Crazy, huh! Just a beautiful watch & not too shabby for a "Special." dave
dave47 6,477 Posted May 13, 2014 I have the maroon version of this Speedy. It's a very fine watch; just don't have the rubber strap on. Yours is nice, too. Wear it often & in good health. dave
