MBK 1680 Red Submariner: 1665 Double Red Sea-Dweller: 5512 Submariner: 1665 Great White Sea-Dweller: 5517 MilSub: That Milsub is fucking ridiculous! But on a bracelet...? I need to send my Milsub in to RA. To whom do I send the titty pics? In a good way I assume!? Yes, on a bracelet. I just don't get on with NATO straps anymore. Ian The builds aren't described but if you take a look at Rolex Addict's "section" in the Trusted Dealers bit there's posts by him showcasing some of his builds and the packages he offers. He's very difficult to get hold of and always very busy, not to mention pretty expensive, but worth every minute and penny! I've got a MBK 1680 that is just waiting patiently to go off to JJ. rusky27 1,847 Posted July 31, 2014 (edited) My 6541 with over done insert, I know, I know, more like the rolex equivalent to a rat bike but I kinda like it - A new insert on the way! case softened and repolished and repolished Still love it and gets a lot of wear - red tip of seconds to be lightened and indexes to get vintage lumed soon. You could always go with a Bund type leather strap, or one of the "riveted" leather ones (with screws for rivets) but the 5517 only came one way. I did see a gen one recently that I thought was a fake because it had wear marks from a bracelet (drill out an old 5513 case and fix the bars...) But in that case someone managed to fit a bracelet to the fixed bars somehow. There was some documentation supporting this, and it had been through the Rolex ringer so you know the'd kick it out if it wasn't legit. Anyway, it's your watch so wear it as you like it!
