This is the one that was sold by ts-station a couple of years ago. Then they hiked the prices and relaunched their vintage watch range on TheVintagePower (although this S&L dial is no longer available). It’s a nice enough rep OOTB but benefits from some further modding. I reshaped the insert profile, smoothed and brassed the bezel. TS-Station got kicked off the TD lists for refusing to replace watches lost to customs seizures and other issues. So the same non-TD luck of the draw would apply to buying from their spin-off operation. It’s also irritating to see how they hiked the prices by a couple of hundred $$ when they realised how popular the vintage models were. But still, there aren’t many vintage options out there, so I guess you can’t blame them. Personally, I’d be inclined to buy a BP from a TD and mod it. Which is what I’m about to do, again. I’ve just ordered the white dial 6542 through Marvellous Replica for the usual bargain price.
