I think this watch repair thing may not be for me!!!

Well I've done a few handset changes and one dial change and got my Black Bay sticking movement sorted but today had to re-fit an indice on my son's Guess and man that was a mission.

Even with a handful of different glasses, one of those huge magnifiers with the round fluro and a couple of loupe's I could barely focus in order to really see what I was doing.

Then my hands shake so badly that placing the indice was like playing pin the tail on the donkey and even taking huge care to get just a tiny amount of GS glue I still managed to end up with some glue pushing out from under the indice so then had to get the excess off by "rolling" the excess and then pulling the extra off with the tweezers.

I think I like scouring the websites then choosing, ordering and receiving watches more than this tinkering stuff.

Also discovered that a $400 Guess watch has a $20 movement in it!
