The fact that on the non pusher model the steel version is the lower number adds to the confusion.

10:10 Watch Repair 1 Posted July 5, 2014 Awesome pics man, for me the inaccuracies were too much..... so I went franken wit a dial from Yuki... With those markers, that's a downgrade IMO.
LightGeek 25 Posted July 5, 2014 Wow, the plexi scratches so easily. I guess it lends credence that it was basically a mint M2M, and can be "vintagized" easily.

Guess if i can get a better dial, i could build a good looking watch without getting a v72 movement. I guess its worth a try
_DC_ 218 Posted July 5, 2014 Yeah the Seagul doesn't have a working 6 o'clock dial and the faux subdial is in the wrong place but can be moved with a little know how to fit a gen spec dial such as this Yuki dial. SSTEEL is your man for the mod!!! DC

SSTEEL is your man for the mod!!! DC Oh great, this is really what i was looking for. I´ve read about the solution with the cartel case and the yuki dial and it seems to be a good start. Only think is, i coundn´t find any gut infos about how accurate the cartel case is, it looks much thicker than the gen, but would you say its worth the mod?
