As far as email communication:

 

Keep your email no longer than a text message would be. Use short sentences.

Thanks for this! I had orded from Perfectwatches and then cancelled after seeing your forum. I also did not know watchesbyjames was connected with them... Feel like I can move forward in a Panerai purchase from one of the trusted dealers. I really want a 1:1 Rep. Any suggestions?

Read the additional new member posts and look for reviews on the watch you want with the search bar. There at no 1:1 reps, all of them will have some flaw

Has anyone had any dealings with aootime? They have what looks like nice watches, (but don't they all:) And one more question; is there anyone here that will take my watch when I get it and fix any of the little fixes that might need done? And maybe waterproof it better?
