dave47 6,482 Posted July 11, 2014 Is that just the light - the hands and markers look silver? Actually it looks like silver on many pics but here is another one that better shows the gold Looks absolutely BEAUTIOUS, friend; but it's become too pricy for my budget (which IS limited). Wear it well. dave

Kcore 0 Posted July 11, 2014 Patina. Don't know if I have said it before but gladly say again, Arism, I love this Space- Dweller! So rare. Never see one come up for sale either. Wasn't this only released in Japan? Not sure where I heard or read that.
dave47 6,482 Posted July 11, 2014 Humpday today, so out comes this rarely worn Rolex Daytona quartz. Fully functional chrono, keeps swell time & looks and feels solid. Of course, I can't remember from whom I purchased this. dave: Why wear a quartz Rolex? I don't mean to offend, but wouldn't that be an easy tell? No offense taken, D., and it's a good question. (1). I like the look; (2). Scared to death of 7750s; (3). Budget wise, A7750s are beyond my $$ reach; (4). MOST civilians don't give a hoot about the watches I wear & most wouldn't know anyway (the famous "99.999% rule); (5). I like having a working chrono; (6). Like others around here, I'm demented, heh! dave
