NMA 0 Posted July 14, 2014 what to do if buyer returns you an empty box ? if you feel the box is lighter than it should be, do not open it (or poke a whole to see inside), send it registered to ebay customer service (in my case it was UK to Ireland) THEN contact ebay through dispute, explain the situation, pass them the tracking info...Voila!
