ellistyle1 0 Posted July 15, 2014 I have an opportunity to get one of these for <$4000. I have also had my eye on the regular Tangomat 38 datums and gangereserves that cost a bit less. What do you think? Help me decide.
Daywatch 4 Posted July 16, 2014 It´s a GMT, it´s a Glashuette and in 2013 it won the IF product design award out of 3.000 competitors. Best part is the in-house-movement. For me personally it´s a no-go, too much money and too busy a dial (for this kind of watch) and than it still comes with no date feature (makes no sense to me to have a travel/GMT watch with no date) Nomos have another new over-the-top watch, beautiful but way too expensive think around $15k. Only the basic Tangente with sapphire see-through caseback would do it for me, it has all a Nomos/Glashuette should have and look like/ goes for 1/2 the price. Than my money would go towards Tudor/Rolex.
