TBH i can't seem to find much difference betwen the v3 pearl and the gen pearl unless you zoom in really close but that would probably be nitpicking. mag8 0 Posted February 4, 2016 (edited) I've purchased one together with another rep Pelagos, as I was unsure which one would suit me the best. They are both excellent quality, with the sel fitment as close as it gets. I am not the biggest expert in this, but they both passed the test when shown to some wis friends (omega and rolex owners). The blue on the bezel is quite unique and typical tudor. I prefer the Pelagos as not shiny, the titanium gives it more character. I don't think there was that much in it otherwise I would probably have mentioned it in my post. Side by side I'm sure you could pick out the gen but when the rep is on it's own, which it is likely to be almost all of the time, you would be hard pressed to say with confidence that it was a rep.
