10:10 Watch Repair 1 Posted July 22, 2014 So, if he can stop the chronograph when the center second is for instance @4 than it means it is an extra part? Otherwise he couldn't stop, correct? Almost, the chrono will stop because the oscillating pinion is disengaged, but it won't lock. Run the chrono, stop it, then shake the watch and see if the center seconds hand moves.
