OMG, OMG, I have to know, I'm a railroad ( steam era) fanatic! - is there an operational, working coal, steam locomotive where you live? I mean working, not just doing recreational runs for tourists. Is it an end to end line? Please tell me more!

I tried blowing up the pic and the best I can tell judging by the drivers, boiler positioning, and attached N0.5 tender is that this locomotive is a 2-8-0, BLJ No. 5 built by Falun in Sweden that operates out of Uppsala. Am I close?

Yeeeez! Talk about nerd!! :D

Yes it is opertaing from Uppsala to a placed called Faringe, the line is called Lennakatten and operates during summer, it passes just about 500 meters from my house where we have a stop, pretty cool actually and very popular during holidays as it is usually full.

I´ll pm you more info.
