gran 200 Posted August 13, 2014 (edited) 1924 Longines 18.90M calibre (Pocket watch movement) 39 mm diameter http://www.offwatch....t=4930&start=45 NB! The M in 18.90M stand for Mince or thin movement, so makes for a rather slim watch Original dial and hands, Dial is golden (metal dial) and not yellow Example of pocket watch with this movement and dial (not the one used here): Recased to make wrist watch by AstonJenks. Warning!!! Such a converted watch is not for everyday use or for chopping wood as the shock absorbation is lacking on these old pocket watch movements. NB! As a general rule a pocket watch movement should stay in the pocket watch...its actually a crime to convert it if the original pocket watch can be restored or is a family heirloom. .My current watch below! 44mm without crown in size so perfect for me!!! http://forum.chronomania.net/board_entry.php?id=35090#.U-soDhBiJhQ Edited August 13, 2014 by gran

TheInthusiest 0 Posted August 19, 2014 Absolutely magnificent! I think you've seen my WWII Longines that i posted a while back? I HAVE, A BEAUTY, BUT MORE PICS WILL NOT HURT! The house is kinda messy right now and the glossy table which I take my #watchporn photos on is being used to hold boxes. Itll be a while til I take more pics, but I will. Don't you worry. I'll dedicate it to you. Also, I'm thinking about getting it appraised. See what it's actually worth. Some of these RAF watches can go for a pretty penny.
