Jos has been doing this for longer than just about any other dealer still active, he was the first dealer on this site and the first dealer on the very first rep forum. I don't buy a lot from Jos but I trust him 100% and is the dealer on this board I recommend for noobs as a painless first purchase as indeed he was when I made mine. Yes that the way Josh works and how I bought a watch from him too. Personnally I had a good experience. That's all well and good but that doesn't mean a TD's service standard can't change and go a downhill, does it. It has happened with other TDs in the past and RWG lived up to the excellent standards it's known for in protecting its members. This isn't a "bash" TD fest. Very true TB, but that doesn't give justification to a TD not following his/ her own rules does it? It also shouldn't put off a closer look at a TD''s possible service decline.
