dave47 6,545 Posted September 18, 2014 HUMPDAY, Gang! Midweek!! Almost to Friday!! Anyhoots, today sees the use of a treasured watch: a Rolex S/S DateJustII w/ A2836-2 motor. This was given to me by a very sympathetic mate over on Wrist-Check.com after learning I had been scammed out of $200 by an unsavory RWI member a while ago. The WC mate was also embarrassed because the RWI scammer was from England, as he also was. In an effort to counteract such evil, he GAVE ME his watch and would not take any payment for it. I was floored by his generousity. Thus, this is a treasured watch that I will ALWAYS have. THANK YOU, my friend. dave:
dave47 6,545 Posted September 18, 2014 BEAUTIOUS, Andy! Just beauteous!! Where'd you source this, if you don't mind my asking?? Hope to secure one from an RWG mate soon. dave Its from reg Narikka, under a £100. Thanks, Andy. I had a hunch it was from Reg. He told me he was now sold out of them.. Bummer. dave

Helldiver 0 Posted September 18, 2014 ...love the dial on that Graham but, geez all that kit down the left side? I'd be worried about pressing the reset button............................... You can keep your Graham stealth if necessary (Graham on José Maria strap) To be honest I never triggered the Graham inadvertently. (But if I did who would remember BOUMMMMMMMM........). LOL
UmpaHimself 223 Posted September 18, 2014 Such an awesome looking piece. A tad on the large side for me tho........Wear her well mate Thanks bud! Have you owned one? I would have said the same thing before buying it last month on a whim. Now I think it's becoming one of my favorites. Somehow the case really wears well. Hardly feels like 47mm. IMO nobody does big quite as good as Panerai.
