Mystery Shopper 5,679 Posted September 30, 2014 The 116610 sub C is probably my favourite rep. The DSSD was a cheapie from PWC almost 4 years ago. I have never had any problems with it. It doesn't find much wrist time- maybe once per month- as it is a bulky watch for 43mm. I usually wear a suit to work & this one does not fit under the cuffs that well. The 1680 vintage sub is the MBK variety from Narikaa. It is a gem and I love the distinctive thick crystal. We compared it to a gen at one of the Sydney gtgs and it holds up well. Some people buy these and are disappointed with the bezel that doesn't rotate and the 'hollow' bracelet. I never polish this one, any scratches just add to the vintage feel. I bought the Explorer on M2M here for my wife as she wanted a 40mm watch she could read without her glasses. It is on the small side for me but I did like reading the history of the watch and the Everest expeditions.

wdev 0 Posted October 1, 2014 ....................who did you get to check out the QC pics on the V4, Stevie Wonder? :lmao: That V4 was "un-pearled" It is, sadly. Lost it two weeks after arrival. It's not uncommon but when it happens, it sure sucks. On the good part, I contacted WF to see what he could do. He immediately offered to source and replace a new pearl at no cost. Great TD in my book! So within a week or 2 it's back to normal.
