No he is trying to get someone to think it's a IWC not a knock-off IW inc watch. He isn't lying but if you look in discription it says IW co. The watch isn't old (vintage) either. He isn't breaking any ebay rules but is fishing for someone who isn't paying attention. It might be a real ETA but I seriously doubt it.
