Narikaa sells these...I believe this is how it works....when he's in Thailand he hand picks these from MBK in Bangkok and then he either ships them from Thailand or from the UK when he gets back. I know that some time ago there was mentioning on his website of a Nautilus version, but noone has been able to tell me about it.
