Recommendations for watch repair TAG a7750

Hi,

Have a TAG Heuer Grand Carrera Calibre 17 RS2

In mint condition, or was mint :(

Sold to a noob working, comes back not working.

Would like to get repaired, it's a a7750 movement.

Any suggestions for a member that is reliable and fair on cost to fix. CONUS

I saw him but he states he does not work on 7750 movements :(

And I think the rest are not conus.
