tc670207 0 Posted October 29, 2014 Last week while I was on a routine business trip to Europe, I made a detour to London to visit my dial maker friend in order to picked up this Submariner 16610LV dial. I planed to mount the latest black TC 16610 insert on this Submariner 16610LV but this green 16610LV insert sample just got delivered to my desk yesterday morning. The electro-plating was done in central California. It took the shop owner over half an year to figure out the chemical formula Rolex applied on the 16610LV insert. See how the green shade turned darker when there is no direct light on it? The LV insert reflects a vivid, lively shade of green on direct light. BC1221 44 Posted October 30, 2014 he hasnt listed the insert for sale. i kinda want one to put on my regular sub. he is taking orders for the LV though. $620 + shipping and pp fees. quoted turnaround is 30 days. im still on the fence about this. as much as id love another TC, i dont really like the maxi dials. i was REALLY hoping he was gonna start making 16613s with the bracelet project with Janeto. id buy one of those in a heartbeat!
