neogeo999 27 Posted November 4, 2014 I have a problem with my BR-02 internal bezel. I have used it 3 times in all since I got it. Yesterday I wanted to try the internal bezel, it initially worked then suddenly stops rotating, the crown turns and does the same "click" that was making when it worked, but nothing moves. Does anyone know how the mechanism works?
Stuvetjee 17 Posted November 4, 2014 open the watch and look if you see something weird at the internal gear in the corner.
nofitstate 27 Posted November 4, 2014 If you take the bezel off you'll be able to see what is wrong. The crown is attached to a gear which is meshed to teeth moulded into the under side of the rotating bezel ring. There is also bezel click spring under the rotating ring which gives the click feelings as the ring is rotated. Just be careful when undoing the 4 bezel screws. They are easily lost or damaged if you are not used to doing this type of thing.

neogeo999 27 Posted November 4, 2014 Thanks for all the answers. I'll try to manually reposition the bezel at 12. I'll post pictures of my attempt to fixing the bezel.
J95114n 0 Posted December 6, 2014 I just opened my br02-92 and once you unscrew the 4 screws on the front, they won't screw back in. I don't know why but They just spin in place and don't tighten. I emailed toro today to see what they say. Waiting for a response

He doesn't run the postal service in your country or China. As for "shit service" He got the watch didn't he? Give him a chance to respond, and if I were you I would be at least civil in any posts regarding him as you might want something from him, right?
J95114n 0 Posted December 6, 2014 You're are right. But 6 months? Even if postal service is a month back and forth. That's still a long time.

You just emailed Toro yesterday. Just a question, did the case separate when you removed the screws? Did you get a look inside? If the case did not come apart, those screws are just for show and you can most likely locktite/glue them in.(after you figure out whats holding the case together of course) Apology to the OP for the hijack. The screws do hold the front on. They aren't just for show. I may just junk it.

I don't know why but They just spin in place and don't tighten. I emailed toro today to see what they say. Waiting for a response I bought two BR02 from Toro recently and with both of them I've had the bezel screws out and then back in again with no problems. I've also had another 2 BR02s by the same maker and had the screws in and out on more than one occasion. So that they are not damaged when trying to screw them back in you should rotate them anti clockwise until you feel the start if the thread then turn them clockwise to tighten them. There's a real risk of cross threading them and stripping the threads if you don't do that. You're are right. But 6 months? Even if postal service is a month back and forth. That's still a long time. J95114n 0 Posted December 6, 2014 Haven't taken any pics. The screws are threaded and the holes are threaded. The screws go back in if I screw them directly into the casing without putting the face back on. Once the face is on, the screws don't grab on to the threading. Almost seems like they're too short. nofitstate 27 Posted December 7, 2014 Very strange. At least a couple of them must of been long to hold the bezel on in the first place. If you can't figure it I may be interested in buying it from you.
