dave47 6,545 Posted November 13, 2014 Hi, Gang! It's Humpday today, so in that spirit, I offer a "two-fer" today -- most of the day, the new gen Omega SeaMaster Good Planet GMT; for the remainder of the day/evening, this new Rolex ND Sub © (can't remember its model number) I received from a mate here on RWG. (Thanks, nutt!!) It arrived the day before leaving on vacation & this is the first chance I've had to post it. I wore it a lot on the cruise. Seems to me few people noticed, which is typical. Anyhoots, I won't wear the gen Good Planet to the gym (as I don't with my gen DateJust & TAG 500M Aquaracer). Enjoy! dave: Gen Planet Ocean Good Planet: (yesterday's pics.): ROLEX ND SUB ©:

dave47 6,545 Posted November 13, 2014 Hi, Gang! These are the first pics of the gen Omega SeaMaster 600M GMT Planet Ocean Good Planet wifey purchased for me @ Little Switzerland in St. Thomas. To my surprise, she tried to purchase the Rolex 116613 (blue & gold) for me first but was put off by the $11,000 price tag. (I warned her about this.) Undeterred, she saw I really like the Omega Good Planet & encouraged me to try it on then bought it for me. I was floored by this, as I honestly had no intention of purchasing another watch in St. Thomas. I hope to do a more detailed pictorial on this by tomorrow. I was surprised by how heavy it is & was genuinely surprised by the detail on it. I hope these five (5) pics do it justice, as I'm no pro with my point-and-shoot digital camera. dave: This is beautiful Dave. Wear it well my friend THANKS, B. I'm kinda still in a state of, uh, shock (?) over wifey buying for me, as I never expected this. dave

dave47 6,545 Posted November 13, 2014 still deciding if this is just too big for me.... Actually, H, IMHO, that looks very good on your wrist. It has presence without overwhelming your wrist. Wear it well. dave
