One of the mods vouched for him, but waiting for the dial to arrive was still a nerve-wracking experience given the money on the line. All good in the end, though. I'm also comforted by how much more expensive it's become to make one of these, as parts prices (and all vintage Daytona prices) have increased so much in just the last couple of years.
