I wanted for mine second watch a Rolex Platinum/ white GOLD PLATED day date with a ice blue face, but Mary didnt have this in gold plated platinum only in SS. So mine adventure landed me in the diamond district Belgium Antwerp (ive been here a couple of times to buy some Liberace jewelry, and saw that they sold swiss made 18 k gold/platinum rolex watches). I went to mine regular juweler and they had a second hand gold 18k rolex, I think it was 36 mm, and it was 2500 euros. The thing was the glas was all broken and they didnt have no papers, so propably they bought a stolen one (something they do often there). But I didnt bought itt, to much bad karma. I also contacted a factory in China who makes 18 k gold rolex parts (thanks for the adress Luthier).
