graman 2 Posted November 11, 2010 To get in to the spirit of the RWG's birthday, I thought I'd start a competition to lead up to it. The prize - Your Choice of one of the following...A Graman Cigar pen, turned from Figured blackbean with a CA finish OR A Graman Cigar pen turned from Eucalyptus burl with a CA finish. The timber may seem a little non-descript, but in the light, has a shine akin to blackwood, or macassar ebony. OR THIS Eligibility: This competition is open to all VIP's and trusted dealers, including board staff, hence why I'm running it in Sawdust and Ink. Any member who signs up as a VIP is eligible, as long as they register before the competition closes. If I don't see green in your avatar, you will not be eligible! Criteria: Here's the brief. Pair up this pen with your favourite watch, and explain why the partnership works well. Words are acceptable, but extra points for pics, and perhaps any photoshopping to create some special TTK style watch porn Real porn will be deleted Get inventive everyone! I will be the sole judge, and all decisions are final....(so there!) Competition will close on the 17th of November, so the prize may be announced on RWG's birthday! VIP's, dealers and board staff may enter as often as they like..... Good luck everyone!

loketje 0 Posted November 11, 2010 OK, this I absolutely love and although I stink at Photoshop I still want to give it a shot. I think I should win this because, well, just look at the pictures....it's a match made in heaven

Akira 0 Posted November 11, 2010 I think I should win the Cigar Pen, because I am the only person owning a Sawdust & Ink watch ! Handmade wooden Dial made by the Master himself His handwriting is bad....I know but looks great though The Cigar Pen would fit perfectly and create an unbeatable team of design and style. Your choice Gman Ok I have to practice a lot with PS

Mystery Shopper 5,887 Posted November 12, 2010 This is my pairing. Both are different, mysterious and a little sexy (when modelled by me!). The watch is an Omega 007 Quantum of Solace- black, interesting face due to pattern matching the 007 gun handle, QOS etching on the glass. It also has an electric blue sheen when held in the right light. It's perfect match is the Graman Black Palm with stealth kit. Beautiful pen to look at and to write with. Both matched perfectly with my Tony Soprano baggy black shirt on casual Friday. Electric blue sheen

Aren 27 Posted November 13, 2010 Well Akira will be a tough act to follow... hmm...I will have the think about this one because as I recall, I already made a pairing. I will need to see what I can come up with and it appears the pair has to be a watch and pen. Love the pens Graman!
alistairw 0 Posted November 13, 2010 Life at the Outpost. So what does this Cavalier wear on his wrist and have in his top pocket..... In his top pocket the the 'Graman' Cigar pen with the Eucalyptus burl and on the wrist, a simple Rolex Speedking 'Precision'. Simplicity and style for a Legend! alistairw 0 Posted November 14, 2010 In response to...Life at the outpost... So what does this Cavalier.... have in his top pocket...??? ...condoms! Nice post for the pen prize drawing alistairw...:: That's my grandfather taken circa 1930 (he took the other pic). I'm guessing back in those days they probably had sheep gut with a knot at one end to make what is the modern day condom, no latex back then!
Aren 27 Posted November 14, 2010 Really...your Grandfather...cool...handsome guy and nice photo, especially for it's time. The photo is also in great condition. I think they had rubber back then...yuk. I am allergic to Rubber and Latex. Anyway, good luck in the drawing. G's pens are so worth it. Your pictures are really nice. I like the less complicated Rolexes myself...probably because I can see the dial more easily. Actually you can still get lamb gut condoms, but they are not useful for STD's, just conception ..."Forex" See Graman's site not only has great pens, it is also very educational. Am I not supposed to be writing on this site...probably not...but now your pen and watch combination has been paired with safe sex, so perhaps it will be an advantage in your submission. All the Best. Sorry Graman if I am not supposed to be writing here. I don't think I saw any rules about not doing it. I don't feel I should participate because I have already been benefited and enriched. so this is really a bump...My new member designation is "Bumpwhore"
graman 2 Posted November 14, 2010 Threadcrap all you like Aren! It just adds to the good read Now...remember to practice safe writing @ Alistair.....nice photos mate!....very cool!

It's a lovely uncomplicated watch - like those Graman pens!!!!!
