regardt7 0 Posted December 28, 2014 The kit i have here is a two station plating unit made for jewelry touching up. It was the equvalent of about a hundred dollars when i initially bought it many years ago.. The problem have always been to get hold of the plating solutions, since the are nearly all extremely poisonous ( read aresenic, nitric acid etc etc). In soth africa u needed a jewelrs license to purchase the solutions as it was seen as unworked gold. I would suggest u try a local manufacturing jeweller. Most of them will have a plating unit and the differnt color solutions. The cost get worked out normally per square centimere of plated area. Hope this is of some help.
