pollux1 3 Posted November 18, 2010 I have a v1 on mesh, the seller installed a correct dial and got his watchsmith to fit a Breitling clasp to the mesh, it looks great. Congrats on a classy watch mate.

stiltzkin 0 Posted January 6, 2011 Does anyone know what the width of the mesh at the deployment end of this and how it is held together. Basically I’m after an adjustable mesh strap (exactly as in the pics) but I want to use my Breit deployment with 20mm spring bars – is this possible with the strap above? Cheers guys…

Cheers guys… No, it is not possible with the Staib since the width is the same from lugs to clasp (it doesn't taper to 20mm at the clasp). Looks mighty nice though as is. I have the same combo here, just with some tits and bum!

midasmook 14 Posted January 6, 2011 I think the racer strap on the SOH is far superior to the mesh. I don't think the mesh looks good at all.
stiltzkin 0 Posted January 6, 2011 With respect, you're wrong! The mesh looks superb... My SOH is on the racer now, I have the rep mesh and have tried the rep mesh on the racer deployment... It looks great, just a little too rattley for my liking... So I need an adjustable mesh. I'll still use the racer from time to time, but the SOH on mesh in the flesh looks fantastic - all in my opinion of course...

But, to each his own. ...tsssssssssssssssssk, you never bit...I was going to ask you to loan me $1000... There's a reason for that. Ah, no...
