gro 0 Posted November 18, 2010 Hello. A friend bought me a Tag Grand Carrera Calibre 17 from Hont. Beautiful watch despite the bracelet falling apart - ended up buying a leather strap from Toshi Straps for it which looks lovely! The watch ran perfectly for 3 months and now has packed up - started by losing time and now just stops after a few minutes. Reading some the threads about the A7750 movement I think perhaps I've damaged it setting the date at the wrong time of day! Anyway....need to find someone (preferably in the UK) that could repair the watch or figure out how to replace the movement. Hont has offered to repair it but I'm not sure about shipping costs and the hassle. Would prefer to keep it in the country if possible (I live in London) Any suggestions?
