sunbites 0 Posted January 18, 2015 when you get the watch; wear it; when it stops working - service it :-) I tried to be as pedantic as you are... but its not worth the stress
SSTEEL 0 Posted January 18, 2015 Its your call, and depends if you can be without your watch for a couple of months. You could try finding a rep friendly watchmaker locally to help.

Daywatch 4 Posted January 18, 2015 Hi, if You send it back it maybe will work for some months only when it comes back (Chrono) plus the risk of loosing it, so better have it done properly once, it will cost 1/2 the watch or more.
aspirany 0 Posted January 18, 2015 Thank you guys. It is very hard cause I was in 5 watchmaker store, no one has service it.
Simms 1 Posted January 18, 2015 Try opening it up and checking the movement yourself before making any decisions. I've had watches come in with loose screws that simply needed to be tightened. You my find a hair that needs removing. It may be something as simple as that.
gingerr6 1 Posted January 18, 2015 What movement is in it ?? If 2824/6 have a look on YouTube and search for 2824 movement. Guy called Mark has a great video. I have fixed 2 watched by this video. Honesty there not that difficult to see if things are out of place. A screwdriver and a loupe is all you need

BC1221 44 Posted January 18, 2015 Andrew is not a watchsmith. hes a dealer. if you send it back, hell send it off to someone he uses to fix watches. sometimes they come back fine. sometimes they come back with other problems. sometimes they dont come back at all. if it gets lost in the mail going to china, most dealers do not care. personally, i would never send it back. the risk is not worth the reward. your best bet is to find someone that specifically services watches and have them break the movement down, clean it, re-assemble and oil everything. this will make it almost as good as a the ETA version. this isnt gonna be cheap either but youll have a working watch. not many work on 7750s though. this is why a lot of people dont buy watches with A7750 movements in them. they can be very problematic and not many service them. good luck. torobravo 9 Posted January 25, 2015 And another thing. Make sure you ship it in a trackable way and don´t use DHL or FEDEX (high risk for customs duty tax and inspection), just airmail but always registered one with tracking number. Good luck!

When I turn the crown anticlockwiese the movement is start. Thank you. Hi, if it´s a screw down crown, try not to screw it fully in, sometimes the stem is too long. Talking of simple things, it could also be You have simply not build up enough power reserve, try using It a lot, turning the wrist often and keep shaking it randomly. Keep the chronograph stopped. aspirany 0 Posted January 25, 2015 Dear Daywatch! Thank you for your answer i wear the watch 8-9 hour a day, and I try wind up 10-20 at the crown. Unfortunetally often stop the movement, if i take the watch to the flat surface it's fine
binatang 0 Posted January 25, 2015 Sending a watch back to China for repairs is a crap shoot at best! This one of the reasons I picked watch repairs myself. Back in the day, I would return the watch back to my retail dealer & they would send it back to China. It can take a month or 2 but I do get'em back & working. I use the word working very loosely as the watch may be ticking but it may not be keeping good time. More often than not there will be all manner of cosmetic blemishes like scratched dials, misaligned markers etc. The I believe the watchsmith in China are very capable but they are not paid by the TD to be careful. They are paid the lowest amount to get the watch working & that's it!
