Installing movement in a case kit submariner sterile homage

I was thinking about buying a case kit for a submariner homage and installing the movement. Is this a complicated process? Is there some good places to buy the case kits / movements? Thanks for the help!!

Mk from www.helenarou.com has some sterile submariners.

The only thing somewhat difficult is setting the hands properly and getting the date to switch at midnight. And cutting the stem the proper length.
