SackOHammers 0 Posted January 28, 2015 You.... did this just to taunt me today, didn't you? I really want one of these, I even have a WTB thread up: http://www.rwg.bz/board/index.php?showtopic=95015&hl=&fromsearch=1 For a used one, I'd even pay a little higher than what the TDs were selling them for... if one became available. dave47 6,553 Posted January 29, 2015 Hi, Gang! It's HUMPDAY, so everyone have a good time and a good drink, heh! For today, this Fossil Wakefield chronograph (black on white) I secured from a buyer on The Bay -- a style of watch our friend Del had posted a while ago (black on white Fossil Decker chronograph (3 dials)) & really loved, so I got a similar one too. Like the Pams, it's a large case (48mm wide) and 13mm thick and EASY TO READ -- except for the chrono features: they're the new-fangled ones where the large central seconds hand constantly moves & the actual chronograph functions are in the small (& hard to read) subdials. Still, it's a great looker & is very comfortable on the 'ole wrist. Geeze!! I didn't intend to write a mini-novel. Enough blabbing!! dave47 6,553 Posted January 29, 2015 Go ahead and jump in feet first, S. It'll be fun and you'll probably be faced with dilemmas we all face: Which one do I want next; and Should I take on my debt! heh! dave So many nice watches. I'm going to have to start participating in these threads. I also see plenty of fellow bimmer drivers (bax and 'kid). I'm on the fence about that Longines moonphase chronograph. But might be tempted to go gen on that one. My mind goes back and forth. Alright Dave, you convinced me. Here's my smurf. GOOD FOR YOU, SOH!! BEAUTEOUS!! Resembles mine, which I'll probably wear on Friday, as Thursdays are PAMSDAYS. dave
