Doesn't "look" like an AP, but the sharp PVD/yellow color scheme is reminiscent, obviously.

The chrono looks great in both colour ways in stainless.

The non-Chrono has too much yellow and the numbers are too big ( = too much yellow ). The chrono tones it all down with the smaller numbers and looks more balanced with all the white added. So.......chrono for sure.

Chrono with another colour like the creamy white or glossy black. Like the Casablanca GMT version as well:

I normally think that the non chrono version looks better than the same model with chrono functions, they certainly ought to last longer on account of less parts.

However here, I'm really feeling it for the chrono.

I am usually a non chrono guy as very busy dials I can not read easily but in this one need the white to off set the yellow. This is going by pics in the flesh could be different.

Not enough to contrast that very yellow yellow on the non chrono. Neither really does it for me tho, it just doesn't look right for an FM to me.

Wouldn't buy a Franck Muller with my own money but gun to my head - I'd probably go with the non-chrono.

You see, because of my choice I am a bit bias towards the Chrono, Although I think the yellow is a bit too flashy, and not subtle like the blue below on my wrist today..

 

I think this Casablanca is one of the best close to gen FM I have ever seen.

On paper this seems like a ridiculous concept but the results are surprisingly enjoyable. As crazy as this seems I think I like the chrono, but it should be bothering me on so many levels.
