Mr. Genesis 0 Posted March 10, 2015 Hi everyone, I just got my Rodina watch and I would like to share my experience with you. The purchase went smooth and I got the watch faster that I thought I would. One week from China to Canada! Price: 105$ (US) Shipping: Free Date of purchase: Friday February 27th 2015 Date of arrival: Friday March 6th 2015 Link to the watch: http://www.seagullwatchstore.com/Classic-Rodina-Automatic-Wrist-Bauhaus-Watch-p/r005-arabic-white-dial.htm Model: R005 Arabic White Dial Movement: Sea-Gull Automatic ST1701 Case: Stainless Steel Dimension: 38.37 x 9.25mm Crystal: Sapphire Band width: 20mm The watch feels great and keeps good time. At about 38-39mm, the size is perfect for my wrist and it looks really classy. On some pictures from the website, the hands looked really blue but in person it's almost black depending of the light, which I like! It's the first time I got a strap like this one... it's comfortable, it's smooth, but it looks like it's a fusion between leather and rubber? I wasn't expecting more for that price anyway. All in all, I really like the look and feel of that watch. I'm a huge fan of minimalist designs and I'm gonna wear this piece of art a lot! Thank you for reading, have a nice day

greg_r 81 Posted March 11, 2015 Very Nomos-like. Great value too!
Cannibal 0 Posted March 12, 2015 Love this! I've been eyeing the Nomos rep a lot but the fact that it's automatic is a big turn off, particularly considering it's probably cheaper and easier to rep it with the hand wind movements that are so cheap and prevalent. But this... is a Nomos hommage, so it can have any movement... and it's cheaper than the Nomos reps too.

Cannibal 0 Posted March 12, 2015 You could but it would look like you removed the rotor from an auto movement. So in a word, ugly.
