According to Toro, mine is a NOOB's. This gonna start a new way of spending for me lol! Have never had a pam before and never knew the quality is this great! elp 26 Posted March 18, 2015 This morning my Graham panda wasn't ticking - nothing would make it start, so I opened the back of it to have a look, was surprised to see that this cheapie (was a Toro USD 148 special) had engraved rotor!
