Exalfa 0 Posted December 5, 2010 Received my first ever rep in the post yesterday just over three weeks after I ordered it from one of this site's preferred dealers. As I was a bit sceptical about the whole process I ordered a cheapie (Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra) in case it all went tits up. I'm quite impressed with the quality of the watch which only cost ~50 quid - except for one glaring error. It says "Constellation" on the case back instead of "Aqua Terra" (unlike the pictures on the dealer's website which are correctly inscribed). How can they make such a blatant error ? Am I being unreasonable in being pissed off about this ?
Balad1 0 Posted December 5, 2010 I would email the dealer with photos of the issue and ask that he source the correct case back and ship it to you at no cost.
pollux1 3 Posted December 5, 2010 I'm almost sure that caseback flaw is on every AT, best to read the reviews mate. Personally I wouldn't sweat it too much considering you can't see it unless it's off your wrist.
