Kcore 0 Posted April 6, 2015 Sub in the dark while chanting the affirmation to the Riviera: " You will be mine, you will be mine " OMG, screw the watches, where is that Boattail and is it a 71,72, or 73?
docbp87 0 Posted April 6, 2015 Just had this Parnis Pilot's Chronograph delivered today, for the outrageously high price of... a whole $35.00 US. Sure, it has a quartz movement, and I've already replaced the miserable strap with a much better NATO, but upon opening the back up, I was pleased to find that the quartz movement is a Miyota. Not sure what the deal is with the 'day' wheel. Between each day, there is a dot... and for some reason, the day is only displayed for a moment, before it continues on, and stays on the dot. Cracking watch for that price. Sounds like the day wheel has been installed a section out? I have a Patek with a day wheel that clicks twice for each day, so if the day was where the dot was you would be golden.

dave47 6,553 Posted April 7, 2015 MONDAY!! One more step closer to SUMMER!! For this august occasion, another ride on the 'phrog's wrist for this 6309-7290 Seiko 150m Diver's watch w/ Pepsi bezel on jubilee bracelet picked up from the 'Bay. Although not the specific Pepsi I wanted, I'm just happy to have this one. (Old pics.) dave:
