elmerlo 0 Posted April 7, 2015 (edited) Hi guys, when I decided to buy my first Seiko powered by the 4R36 I was a bit worried, as the standard specs give an accuracy of +45 / -35 seconds/day, so, pretty much crap. Up to now I never felt the need of testing them (probably scared by those specs :P ), but now that I started to have a close look, I am quite pleased. I will post the results here; if you want to add yours, that would be appreciated, so to assess the potential of this nice little piece of machinery. All these results come out of the box, with no adjustment whatsoever. 4R36 accuracy: SRP637K1 (Baby Tuna, Shrouded Monster from MyWatchesHub): + 1 second/day; SRP599K1 (Baby Monster, from local Italian seller): + 2 sec/day; SRP307J1 (Monster from CreationWatches): -2 sec/day; SRP489K1 (Baby Monster from CreationWatches): -2 sec/day; Edited April 9, 2015 by elmerlo
elmerlo 0 Posted April 9, 2015 There you go: all within COSC All the tests were conducted wearing the watch for a whole day, 7-23, and checking back the morning after.
